I spent years going through my own health battles — Crohn's disease, cervical cancer, burnout, and the slow rebuilding that followed. I found Ayurveda not because someone recommended it, but because I refused to believe that managing symptoms forever was my only option.
That experience, combined with formal clinical training during my Bachelors of AyurVeda and Integrative Medicine as well as a BA in Regenerative Organic Agriculture, shapes everything I do with clients.
I'm not here to tell you what to eat or hand you a supplement list. I'm here to help you understand your body — your specific constitution, your imbalances, your season of life — and build a daily rhythm that actually fits.
